The response of the Center Directors Committee to the recommendations of the third CGIAR system review. The CDC comments separately on each of the 29 recommendations. It endorses most of these, with the exception of the suggested new networks on natural resource management and on empowerment of women in agriculture, and creation of a new entity to deal with information,.
