The comment endorsed Gregersen's proposal that TAC undertake a thorough study of the subject, and offered the collaboration of the NARS Secretariat with TAC in the study of alternative modalities for CGIAR collaboration with NARS.An annex lists Gregersen's main recommendations with a specific comment on each.
