The Assignment and Assumption agreement was signed on February 20, 1973 by David E. Bell, Executive Vice President of the Ford Foundation and Ralph Cummings of ICRISAT. The agreement is a supplement to the Special Account Agreement dated March 20, 1972 under which the Ford Foundation was appointed to execute the Inital Stage of the Proposal. ICRISAT agrees to take all liabilities and obligations related to carrying out the Initial Stage. Agreement is in English.
