Three animals at each 4, 6 and 8 months of age were primed by linoestronol (orgmnentril) for 20 days. followed by administration of serum gunadotrophin (folligon) and chorionic gomadptrophin (chorulon) soon after the onset of oestrus at required dose. Three prepubertal and 3 normally pubertal she goats were included in the experiment. The study was conducted after sacrifiee of all the animals on third day of oestrus in induced and normally pubertal animals. Five annular rings were observed in all animals studied. Pseudostratified columnar epithelium with goblet cells lining cervival lumen of all animals, however. Goblet cells are more than control. The thickness of epithelial and muscular layer in induced animals of all age groups were significanltymore than control grats.
