Three animals at each 4, 6 and 8 months of age were primed by linoestronol (orgmnentril) for 20 days. followed by administration of serum gunadotrophin (folligon) and chorionic gomadptrophin (chorulon) soon after the onset of oestrus at required dose. Three prepubertal and 3 normally pubertal she goats were included in the experiment. The study was conducted after sacrifiee of all the animals on third day of oestrus in induced and  normally pubertal animals.
