Description |
Efficacy and accuracy of micro-serum neutralization test (micro-SNT) for rinderpest antibody assessment in cattle sera with different immune status was studied. Correlation of micro-SNT with conventional tube SNT on similar set of sera samples indicated the suitability of test. The technique could be used more conveniently in selection of animals for challenge studies and detection of serum antibody levels in vaccinated and infected animals.
