Description Bovine serum samples (54) from the cases of bovine abortions, respiratory tract infections and apparently healthyanimals were subjected to IHA, ELISA and dot-ELISA tests. In these tests both known positive (BHV -I) and knownnegative serum samples (12 each) were also included. Out of 54 bovine serum samples showed by IHA test, 34 samplesas seropositive ELISA and dot-ELISA all the 54 samples as positive. A comparison was made among ELISA and dot-ELISAwith standard test IHA. ELISA and dot-ELISA were 100% sensitive and specific.
