Description |
This study aimed to obtain the results from self-evaluations of newly appointed medical faculty members of the Catholic University of Korea College of Medicine on Harden and Crosby’s 12 roles of a teacher in 2020 and 2021. Specifically, the responses for 12 roles were compared according to 3 points of view: importance to the program, current competencies, and preferred future competencies.The participants were all 110 newly appointed faculty members of the Catholic University of Korea College of Medicine in 2020 and 2021.
