Description The database contains six simulated datasheets, namely:

  1. The MaizeDailyReport datasheet contains soil data including soil water and minerals at 10cm, 30cm and 50cm depths of the soil profile. Additionally, it contains data on maize phenology.


  2. The MaizeHarvestReport datasheet contains data on plant population per meter squared, grain weight, size and number, amongst others, for sole maize and Gliricidia-maize systems. This datasheet will be helpful in estimating profitability of Gliricidia-Maize relative to unfertilized sole maize system.


  3. The WeatherResults datasheet includes simulated annual rainfall and the maximum grain weight of maize.


  4. The GliricidiaDailyReport datasheet contains, soil water, surface organic matter, Gliricidia leaf live and maximum Nitrogen concentration fixed value and amount of Nitrate iron at 10cm, 30cm and 50cm depths of the soil profile.


  5. The GliricidiaZoneReport datasheet includes Gliricidia above ground weight.


  6. The GliricidiaAnnualOutput datasheet includes simulated Gliricidia age, annual leaf and stem removal weight and amount of Nitrogen fixed.
