Nationally representative data collected December 3-7, 2020 on assessed risks of COVID-19 infection used in American Politics Research publication "Whistling Through the COVID-19 Pandemic: Optimism Bias and Political Beliefs in the United States." Research tested for differences in self-assessed, risk to another, similar person, and optimism bias by party affiliation, political ideology, and Trump voter status.
