The PPA is the subcontract between a Lead Center and another Center or CGIAR Participant for the implementation of a CRP. Template #2 is bifurcated into 2 parts: A short PPA including all the essentials and variables particular to each Program Participant (which will need to be adapted on a case by case basis to each Program Participant), and General Terms and Conditions (annex) with “fixed” provisions which will apply to all Program Participants of a CRP.
