Overview of TAC analysis of and recommendations on seventeen proposals submitted by IARCs for systemwide and ecoregional initiatives. This document was prepared following a special meeting of TAC in August 1994, for which there is no record. It was discussed by TAC with center directors at TAC 65. The record of that meeting contains further exchanges on some of the proposals.The proposals were developed in response to TAC request during its review of resource allocations for 1994-1998, and some were suggested in the follow up to UNCED Agenda 21.
