Report of a meeting of experts on water buffalo organized by TAC and FAO and held in Singapore 10-13 March 1976. The meeting reviewed existing research and training activities. It proposed an international project to support national institutions on a collaborative basis, as an alternative to the original idea of an independent international center. (Draft proposal in Appendix B.) Agenda document presented at TAC Thirteenth meeting in May 1976 and background document for the CGIAR meeting July 1976.
