Description In the present study, multivariate analysis was carried out among 87 germplasm accessions using 12 agro morphological traits and 9 biochemical parameters. Highest variation was observed for seed yield per plant (CV52.35 %), glucosinolate content (CV-51.59 %) and oleic acid (CV- 42.88 %). Principal component analysis led to the identification of six principal components which explained 80 % of total variation. The first (PC1) and second principal component (PC2) explained 26.02 and 18.26 %, respectively of total variation. Total germplasm accessions are grouped in to the six clusters and cluster III and IV shows maximum inter cluster distance.
