This dataset is intended to make available in a timely digital format the targeting zone polygons used by the IDF in Gaza beginning on December 1, 2023. These are broadly publicized by the IDF and embedded in their openly published web site, but not in a form that would allow maximum uptake by the affected public, humanitarian agencies and the research community. This dataset aims to rapidly allow a broader audience to utilize this information, whether for active use or as a longer-term record.
