The present study aims to investigate the incidence of Babesiosis infection among domestic dogs in Ahmadabad and Gandhinagar cities of Gujarat, India,over two years (2020-2021). B. Canis infection was detected in 21.89% (111/507) of dogs tested. The Prevalence was higher in males (22.73%)than females(20.00%). Similarly, Pups had a slightly higher incidence (22.12%) than adults (21.51%).The study also observed a higher infection rate in monsoon (33.33%) andat least (18.21%) during summer.
