Description Cancer is a serious health problem affecting both developing and developed countries despite considerable efforts to improve therapy. Breast cancer (BC) is one of the commonest cancer among women globally. Phytochemical and pharmacological studies on A. squamosa seeds have shown that the major bioactive compounds are annonaceous acetogenins. Custard apple seeds are well known for their interesting pharmacological activities, especially for antitumor activity. The primary purpose of molecular docking is to predict the affinity of a drug candidate to bind with the protein and form the most stable complex. The molecular docking method has several advantages, such as reducing cost and time in drug design. IMPHY014813 ligand has more interaction with Estrogen receptors having a docking score of 164.195 and an interaction energy of 42.4072. IMPHY001193 ligand interaction with Progesterone receptor showed more doc score i.e. 176.752 and interaction energy 46.7546. IMPHY003104 compound showed interaction with Caspase3 with a doc score of 75.7933 and interaction energy of 22.1722. IMPHY000157 compound showed interaction with Nf-kb p65 and hada doc score of 124.101 and interaction energy of 63.6814.
