Description .In February and March 2012, PSI/Somaliland conducted a tracking survey among married women of reproductive age (15-49) with at least one child under the age of five, in urban areas and IDP camps. The study is to provide information on birth spacing, diarrhea prevention and treatment, nutrition, pneumonia and healthcare-seeking behavior of respondents. The study goal was to determine baseline levels of indicators to inform the design of existing and under development programs. The objective of the research study was to measure levels of use of oral and injectable contraceptives, water treatment products, diarrhea treatment kits, micronutrient supplementation, and pneumonia treatment and related behavioral factors as well as exposure to PSI/Somaliland's interventions. A cross sectional household survey was conducted among households with married women of reproductive age (15-49) who were the caregivers of at least one child under five years. A multi-stage cluster sampling approach was used to sample 1614 households across five regional capital cities of the six in Somaliland.
