Description |
The study goal is to provide evidence for monitoring and evaluation of PSI/Myanmar HIV Prevention Program. The study is part of contribution to achieve the program goal to reduce the incidence of HIV among Key Affected Populations. This survey will help monitor the trends of changes in promoted health behavior (ie. consistent condum use with all types of partners) along with its determinants among target population (ie. FSW), and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the program. The study design is for the first wave of the TRaC Survey. PSI/Myanmar implements a regularly-conducted study to monitor and measure behavior of FSW in two big cities of Myanmar regarding consistent cndom use with their partners of any type. The main objectives of this survey are to monitor changes in donor and project indicators, key behavior indicators, risk and behavior determinants, and exposure to PSI/Myanmar activities over time.
