Description PACE is implementing phase II of the Women health program (WHP). Under this phase, PACE will continue to focus on distributing IUCDs through the private sector and accompanying the distribution with interpersonal communication (IPC) and mass media activities to generate demand for family planning methods specifically IUCDs. The client exit study serves as a baseline for phase III of WHP (2013-2015) collecting information on perceptions and practices related to IUCDs. Findings will be used to refine interventions of WHP. A representative sample of 38 Profam-host sub counties was drawn using Probability Proportional to Population size (PPS). A total of 152 public and private facilities was then randomly selected from these 38 sub counties and 1517 WRA were interviewed. A structured questionnaire was used during data collection
