Description |
The survey was completed using paper-and-pencil by students in class. All participants were second year senior secondary school students (mean age 17.4 years). The project investigated the differences in students’ access to and use of computers and the Internet in and out of three schools, which were carefully sampled to represent urban (School Nanshan in Shenzhen), rural (School Hengshan in Hunan), and Tibetan youths (School Basum in Tibet). In total, there were 698 survey respondents.
