Description |
The main purpose of this study is to monitor the coverage and quality of access for Number One brand among high risk groups in Laos. In addition to assessing the general coverage of Number One condoms (Deluxe and Deluxe Plus), PSI/Laos will use project MAP study results to determine the specific levels of coverage for the brand. The findings will also be used to compare with the results of previous distribution surveys and will serve as baseline measures of coverage to plan future marketing and communication strategies. During the first round of this pilot survey, 8 out of a total of 18 provinces were selected. "Hotspots," defined as public places in which at least one of the three high-risk groups - FSW, MSM, or mobile men - are regularly present, were specifically targeted in the survey.
