Description PSI Zimbabwe's Safe Water program was launched in 2008 against a backdrop of a cholera outbreak. The program is focused on distributing water treatment products and conducting communications promoting hygiene practices such as hand washing. This study investigates trends in water treatment and hygienic behaviors as well as monitoring indicators of opportunity ability, and motivation.
