Data for 159 ministers serving in seven Argentine administrations from 1983 to 2011. The main independent variable reflects the proportion of respondents who approved the work of the incumbent administration in national polls. Two additional independent variables reflect the operational definition of "technocrat" and "outsider" ministers, based on fuzzy-set scores, presented in the article.
