Background The State School Health Policy Database was developed by the National Association of State Boards of Education and is supported by the Division of Adolescent and School Health of the Centers (DASH) of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. This database is useful for school policymakers interested in viewing strategies and policies across states and researchers and policy evaluators seeking to track changes in policies across the United States.
