Description |
These data were collected in 1972 to explore how the lives of a group of women who had graduated from college 10 years earlier had changed. The questionnaire was sent to the 312 women who had graduated from Radcliffe College in 1962. Completed questionnaires were received from 131 women. The extensive 27-page questionnaire included both open-ended and precoded questions on education, family background, present family life and satisfactions, employment and career aspirations, and daily activities. In addition, measures were included to assess physical well being, attitudes toward sex roles, perception of self, and descr iption of life 10 years from now. One Thematic Apperception Test (TAT) projective cue was also administered. The Murray Archive holds additional analogue materials for this study.
