This study aims to monitor and evaluate current use of safe water solution (SWS) by women ages 15-49 to identify potential determinants of SWS use in terms of opportunity, ability and motivation to inform program planning and provide marketing guidance. Specifically, the research objectives are: 1. Among the identified population of 15-49 years old women living in Rwanda, what determines safe water solution use, in terms of opportunity, ability and motivation? 2. What are th 3.
