Description |
In addition to the 1979 National Survey of Young Women, the survey gathered data from young men for the first time. This includes information about their knowledge of contraception, pregnancy, and the female menstrual cycle. Unlike their female counterparts who responded in the form of an in-person interview, the young men responded to the survey through questionnaires. This is a subset of the full study, produced by Sociometrics Corp.
