Description Pretest(T1), Posttest(T2) and 6-week Follow-up data set include questionnaire based data collected via Surveymonkey.com from all B-B-M training participants. The files uploaded include the Pretest, Post-test and 6 Week Follow up data. Included in the survey are the following measures:
1) Subjective Changes in Indicators of Psycho-physiological States (i.e. Perceived Stress Scale (PSS), short form of the Stress Overload Scale (SOS-s), and the Exercise-induced Feelings Inventory (EFI).
2) Compliance with Practice (self-report of minutes practiced per day)
3) Open-ended Questions (soliciting feedback on the workshop itself and suggestions for improving the workshop)
