This Appendix to the article '“It’s like shouting to a brick wall”: Normative whiteness and racism in the European Parliament' has the following contents: (i) Ethics certificates for the study; (ii) Interview guides and related protocols used during data collection, including project information sheet and consent forms for interviews and shadowing; (iii) a description of the analysed documents, including information on how access was obtained; and (iv) additional discussion of the research field.
