Description |
Excel file consisting of data with percent of platelets dying after exposure to various pH values. A monolayer of platelets were created on 100 ug/ml fibrinogen. Then platelets were exposed to a Tyrodes buffer at noted pH. This was washed out with a Tyrodes buffer at a different pH to investigate pH changes associated with ischemia-reperfusion.
