Description |
Folder Synthetic_mice and Synthetic_Human contain the 10 realizations of synthetic networks generated with L_C = 75μm and L_C = 90μm, respectively, to best match the structural and functional properties of mouse and human intracortical capillary networks, respectively. Each file in these folders contains the graph description corresponding to a single realization. The data format used is explained in Readme_Network.txt.
