The dataset was deposited here is the composting sample information, bacterial compositions at the phylum level in each sampled site, bacterial functions analyzed by PICRUSt at KEGG level 1 and 2 in the three composting methods, distribution of antibiotic biosynthesis functions in the three types of composts, and results of OTU classification and taxonomic identification in this study.
