Description |
Image dataset for the binary comparison of experimental crocodile tooth marks and cut marks made with stone tool flakes. An extended discussion of the advantages of the method is found in the original paper's supplementary files. Given the extensive resources that are involved in this type of experimentation, involving months of work by several people, we provide this database only with the intention of replication. Those researchers who want to use this database for their own research should obtain permission from the authors first, since several other projects involving the use of these images are ongoing. |
