Description |
This dataverse contains three files: i) measurements of leaf traits (‘01-traits.csv’), and two files of leaf reflectance collected using a ii) UniSpec Spectral Analysis System (‘01-vis_raw-data’) and an iii) Agilent 4100 ExoScan Fourier Transform Infra-Red (FTIR) spectrometer (‘01-lwir_raw-data’). The rows on the leaf traits files match with the columns in the reflectance files. The samples for these files were collected at Santa Rosa National Park-Environmental Monitoring Super Site (SRNP-EMSS) (10º48” N, 85º36” W), a site located on the Pacific coast of northwestern Costa Rica.
