Description |
The objectives of the study was to; 1. Identify farmers’ sources of information on livestock feed technologies and determine farmers’ preferences. 2. Identify the number and type of livestock feed technologies accessed by farmers through the VFTs and other sources of information. 3. Determine the number of farmers trained; the type of feed technologies that farmers have received training on and technologies practiced. 4. Examine farmers’ level of understanding of livestock feed technologies which they had received training. 5. Determine the number of farmers sharing information with other farmers. 6. Assess association between different sources of information and training, uptake and sharing of livestock feed technologies. |
