This is a pre-analysis plan for a factorial survey experiment in the UK & Norway on the deservingness of disability benefit claimants. The study aims to look at both the factors that influence deservingness, and the extent to which political polarisation and country differences vary according to the level of deservingness of the vignette claimant.
