Description |
The data was generated by using iTRAQ to investigate the mechanistic basis of compatible and incompatible interaction of parasitic weed Orobanche cumana with resistant (JY207) and susceptible (TK0409) sunflowers. We used roots as samples to conduct differential proteomics on sunflowers exposed to O. cumana, and then investigated the differential proteins and pathways between resistant and susceptible cultivars to reveal the mechanisms underlying their different reactions against O. cumana.
