Description |
This study replicates four prior studies in American state politics and provides OpenBUGS code for estimating spatial conditional autoregressive (CAR) models for each. The examples include Erikson, Wright & McIver's (1993) Statehouse Democracy study, Berry & Berry's (1990) analysis of lottery adoption, Margalit's (2013) study of individual support for welfare assistance, and Monogan's (2013) study of Clean Air Act enforcement actions in the 50 states.
