Description |
Network1_Raw_Data.txt contains the graph description and the raw hemodynamic data corresponding to the first intracortical network considered in the paper. The fictitious vessels added to enforce the pseudo-periodic boundary conditions on side faces of the domain are included in the dataset, as well as the vessels where a no-flow boundary condition has been imposed. Network1_Figure_Data.txt contains the graph description and the raw hemodynamic data corresponding to the first intracortical network considered in the paper. The fictitious vessels added to enforce pseudo-periodic boundary conditions on side faces of the domain have been removed. Moreover, the vessels where a no-flow boundary condition has been imposed have been removed. This dataset has been used to generate figures 1a, 5a,b and S1a-d,f in the related paper. Trajectory_Data.csv contains a list of lagrangian trajectories associated to the above network. Readme_Network.txt explains the network data format. Readme_Trajectory.txt explains the trajectory data format. |
