Description |
This dataset contains code and data to replicate the results of the study: Choma, E. F., Evans, J. S., Gómez-Ibáñez, J. A., Di, Q., Schwartz, J., Hammitt, J. K., and Spengler, J. D. (2021). Health benefits of decreases in on-road transportation emissions in the United States from 2008 to 2017. Accepted for publication at Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America. This dataset includes code (in the format of R scripts), the data used that was not publicly available, and results (including data files and manuscript figures). Downloads of publicly available data are required to execute the code and reproduce our results, and detailed descriptions of where and how to download the data are provided in documentation files. Main Documentation File: Documentation_ReadMe.txt Our model was implemented in R v.3.5.1 [1], using R packages “rgeos” v.0.5-2 [2]; “raster” v.2.6-7 [3]; “sp” v.1.3-1 [4]; “geosphere” v. 1.5-10 [5]; “ncdf4” v.1.16 [6]; “nlme” v.3.1-137 [7]; “mgcv” v.1.8-24 [8]; “viridis” v.0.5.1 [9]; “viridisLite” v.0.3.0 [10]; and “gridExtra” v.2.3 [11].
