In this study, the regulatory mechanism of exopolysaccharides from Agaricus bitorguis (Quél.) Sacc. Chaidam was investigated using Lycium ruthenicum Murr. Anthocyanins during cell growth and polysaccharide synthesis. The anthocyanin composition of Lycium ruthenicum Murr. was investigated by UHPLC-HRMS method, the anthocyanin derivatives of petunia ligand and proanthocyanidins, which was the main anthocyanin substance, and the results showed that the effect of LRA extract was better than that of the single component standard. Based on metabolomics, we have identified 2522 metabolites, including linoleic acid, α-linolenic acid and oleic acid were significantly up-regulated, and stearic acid, 16-hydroxypalmitic acid and 10-undecylenic acid were significantly down-regulated compared with the blank group. According to transcriptomics results and KEGG enrichment analysis, differential genes are mainly distributed in pathways such as unsaturated fatty acid metabolism and α-linolenic acid metabolism. By up-regulating stearyl CoA desaturase and acyl CoA oxidase, the content of α-linolenic acid, linoleic acid, and oleic acid increased the conversion of saturated fatty acids to unsaturated fatty acids, improved the fluidity of cell membranes, thereby enhancing the growth of ABSC mycelium. |
