Description Tumor tissues were harvested from canines that had been treated with neoadjuvant RNA Lipid Particle Aggregates (RNA-LPA, n = 3) as well as from untreated controls (n = 3). The collected tissues were immediately collected in RNAlater. The following day, the preserved tissues underwent RNA extraction and were subsequently processed using Nanostring nCounter Canine Immuno Oncology Panel (cat. 115000465). This panel facilitated the quantification of gene expression within key immune response and cancer-related pathways.
