This dataset contains details of the VKORC1 -1639G>A (rs9923231) polymorphism-associated genotypes in two groups of human volunteers from Bosnia & Herzegovina: 1) 16 cases or volunteers who, during their COVID-19 disease, developed some form of thromboembolism and survived it; and 2) 32 controls or volunteers who, during their COVID-19 disease, did not develop any thromboembolic state.
