Description |
This repository contains the code necessary to replicate the findings of teh Case Study results reported in the paper titled “Points, cells, or polygons? On the choice of spatial units in forest conservation policy impact evaluation". The paper investigates how, under heterogeneous effects that depend on treatment polygon size, point-level data can generate treatment effect estimates substantially different from those based on polygon-level data and proposes a simple weighting method at the point-level to recover the polygon-level results.
