Data for replication of the paper "Network-neuron interactions underlying sensory responses of layer 5 pyramidal tract neurons in barrel cortex". - Training data for the reduced models presented in the related paper (binned synapse activation times and spike times). Spike times are in CSV format, where each row is one simulation trial and each entry is the time of an action potential. Synapse activations are in numpy compressed format (NPZ), each containing a single numpy array of shape (excitatory/inhibitory, spatial bins, trials, temporal bins) at the key 'arr_0'. - Parameters of the reduced models presented in the related paper, in TXT format.
