Description |
ChIP-seq experiments with Flag antibody have been done in Caco-2/15 cell lines expressing Flag-tagge H2A.Z.1 or H2A.Z.2 histone variant isoforms. Genomic occupancy of both isoforms was meseasured from subconfluent (Sc) cells, the cell populations expressing H2A.Z.1-flag being called “Z1Sc”, whereas that expressing H2A.Z.2-flag are named “Z2Sc”. We then computed for each gene the number of reads present in TSS-associated peaks or gene body-associated peaks. Interestingly, a significant population of genes (2516 genes for H2A.Z.1 and 2542 genes for H2A.Z.2) have more signal in peaks in their body than at their TSS in subconfluent cells. The lists of these genes are shown in this file. |
