Description |
Multicellular spheroid invasion assays are a useful tool for modeling 3D cell invasion behavior, so the ability to reproducibly and subjectively quantify images of invading spheroids is critical for spheroid invasion analysis. This dataset contains images of spheroids used in the related publication which we quantified using the MATLAB script provided in Github (link in publication). These images are the original 24-bit max projection images that we then converted to grayscale, binarized and quantified as described in the publication.
