Inlinino is modular data logger software for oceanography written in Python. A collaboration project (ERRFP-1254) between IMT Scientific Computing, the Aquatic Remote Sensing Team in the Envrionment business unit, and the developer of Inlinino has led to integration of HOBILabs HydroScat (Spectral Backscattering Sensor & Fluorometer) with the Inlinino code, the details of which are captured in a GitHub issue and pull request linked in this collection. The aquasense Python package, developed during this same collaboration project, was used to simplify the Inlinino integration. |
