Description Rotating Radio Transients (RRATs) are neutron stars that emit sporadic radio bursts. Our observations of RRAT~J1913+1330 using the FAST telescope have revealed intriguing characteristics that align with populations of nulling pulsars, giant pulses, and Fast Radio Bursts (FRBs) from various perspectives. However, the limitations in tracking length, effective time resolution, and narrowband capabilities of the FAST observation have left many mysteries surrounding this source unanswered. In this proposal, we aim to conduct observations of J1913+1330 using the Parkes Ultra-Wideband Low (UWL) receiver. Our objective is to perform a single tracking session lasting up to 5 hours, employing high-time resolution, in order to search for a long-term period and sub-millisecond quasi-periodic oscillation. Through an analysis of the spectrum and potential scattering effects using wideband observation, the UWL data will provide valuable insights to determine whether this source exhibits properties more akin to pulsars or FRBs.
