Description RNAseq FKPM values of mouse cell lines Ink4a.1, Met25, Met35, Met36, and Met38. Pipeline of data: Ink4a.1 and Met cell lines were profiled using standard RNA-seq completed by Azenta Life Sciences (formally known as Genewiz, South Plainfield, NJ). After quality check of the reads using FastQC (https://www.bioinformatics.babraham.ac.uk/projects/fastqc/), we used Salmon to quantify transcript-level expression and EdgeR to identify genes with significantly differential expression between pairs of conditions based on replicated count data from bulk RNA-seq profiling. The normalized data were applied to R package GAGE for gene-set enrichment and pathway analysis. The p-values were corrected for multiple testing using FDR.
